Lake Greenwood water levels are down to 438.95 (full pool is 440.0) and the lake has cleared significantly. Surface water temperatures have dropped to about 83 degrees.

Lake Keowee is at 96.6% of full pool and with little to no rain, water clarity remains very high on the lake.  In the last week a very slow, gradual drop in water temperature has been seen with most of the lake now in the mid 80s.

Lake Jocassee is at 97.8% of full pool and morning surface water temperatures on the main lake are about 83 degrees.

Lake Russell water levels are down to around 473.5 (full pool is 475.00) and water clarity is still normal. Morning surface water temperatures are 84 degrees on the main lake.

Morning surface water temperatures around Edisto Island are down to about 82. The water is very brown tannic and shrimp are hard to find but the mullet run has started.

Lake Hartwell water levels are down to 655.72 (full pool is 660.00) and water clarity is normal on the big water. Morning surface water temperatures are in the mid-80s.

Inshore surface water temperature temperatures are down to 85 around Hilton Head and the rivers are heavily stained.

Morning surface water temperatures are around 83 at Little River, and the water is extremely dirty. Shrimp have gotten scarce but finger mullet are around.

Morning surface water temperatures around Beaufort were 84 this morning and the water is very tannic and/or muddy. Bait has moved around with the storm.

Morning surface water temperatures are down to about 82 degrees in Debordieu Creek and there is an incredible amount of freshwater inflow. Bait is still around but has moved to higher salinity.

Lake Keowee is at 96.5% of full pool and water clarity water clarity remains high to very high – the Upstate received less rain in the recent storm than the rest of the state.  Summertime water temperatures have now peaked on the lake, with low 80s to upper 80s throughout. The coolest water is north of the Highway 11 bridge.

Lake Greenwood water levels have stabilized around 439.22 (full pool is 440.0) and the lake has a slight stain but is not muddy. While the lake had a decent amount of rain in the storm, what muddies the lake is precipitation in the Upstate – where there was little. Surface water temperatures have dropped into the mid-80s.

Lake Wateree is down to 98.3% of full pool and the lake is very muddy. Morning surface water temperatures have likely dropped a couple of degrees into the low to mid-80s.

Santee Cooper water levels are at 75.59 in Lake Marion (full pool is 76.8) and around 73.83 in Lake Moultrie (full pool is 75.5). While the water hasn’t gotten muddy yet it is stained and there is a lot of grass and debris floating around. Morning surface water temperatures are down to the low 80s.

Lake Murray water levels are down to 357.30 (full pool is 360.00) and water clarity is pretty normal even after recent rains.  Morning surface water temperatures are around 82-83 degrees.

Clarks Hill water levels are way down to 325.76 (full pool is 330.00) and clarity is normal – the area received minimal rain around the recent storm. Morning surface water temperatures are about 83-85 on the main lake.
