Morning surface water temperatures are around 74 degrees in the creeks around Debordieu and maybe a degree cooler in the ocean. With all the rain visibility is very low in Winyah Bay.

Morning surface water temperatures just off Hilton Head are about 75 degrees while the creeks are a bit warmer. Big tides last week pulled the menhaden out of the rivers but other bait is around.

Morning surface water temperatures are around 71 degrees off the beach in Little River and 70-71 inshore. Bait is scattered around with a few smaller finger mullet in the creeks and some menhaden in the waterways and off the beaches.

Morning surface water temperatures are around 73 degrees on the south end of the Grand Strand and 68-69 degrees nearshore.

Clarks Hill water levels are still very high at 330.55 (full pool is 330.00) and morning surface water temperatures are around 75 degrees. Clarity is about normal; up the lake is dirtier while down the lake is clear.

Lake Keowee is at 98.4% of full pool and water clarity is high on the main lake but major creeks are stained starting halfway back due to heavy rainfall in the last 36 hours. Morning surface water temperatures are now in the mid-70s over most of the lake.

Santee Cooper water levels are at 75.89 in Lake Marion (full pool is 76.8) and bouncing around 75.5 in Lake Moultrie (full pool is 75.5). The lakes are fairly clear with 2-3 feet of visibility and morning surface water temperatures have hit the mid- to upper 70s.
