Inshore surface water temperature temperatures are down to about 70 degrees around Hilton Head and the water has been very clear.  Bait can be a little tricky to find and it seems to be very scattered.

Lake Jocassee is at 97.3% of full pool and water conditions are fairly normal. Morning surface water temperatures on the main lake are around 69 degrees.

Lake Russell water levels are bouncing around 474.7 (full pool is 475.00) and the lake has cleared although some areas still have a brownish stain. Morning surface water temperatures are around 69-70 degrees.

Lake Greenwood water levels are at 439.02 (full pool is 440.0) and lake is clearing, first on the upper end. Morning surface water temperatures are around 72 degrees.

Lake Wylie is at 97.2% of full pool and water clarity is pretty normal again. Morning surface water temperatures are in the upper 60s.

Santee Cooper water levels are down to 74.85 in Lake Marion (full pool is 76.8) and bouncing around 74.70 in Lake Moultrie (full pool is 75.5). Morning surface water temperatures have dropped to about 68-70 degrees and the lakes are still dirty to muddy – with the upper lake starting to clear first.

Lake Murray water levels are down to 357.20 (full pool is 360.00) and water clarity is normal. Morning surface water temperatures are around 69 degrees.

Lake Hartwell water levels are at 657.90 (full pool is 660.00) and water conditions are relatively clear. Morning surface water temperatures range from about 67 in the creeks to 72 on the main lake.

Clarks Hill water levels are at 327.94 (full pool is 330.00) and the lake is relatively clear. Morning surface water temperatures are around 70 degrees.

Lake Keowee is at 98.2% of full pool and clarity is returning to normal after Hurricane Helene with high visibility again on the main lake.  Morning surface water temperatures are in the low to mid-70s over most of the lake.

Morning surface water temperatures are in the mid-60s in Murrells Inlet and bait is still a little unpredictable.

Morning surface water temperatures in the creeks around Edisto Island are in the low 70s but will likely rebound a couple of degrees after this cold front passes. Both rivers are clear and there is still plenty of bait in the creeks.
