Congratulations to the team of Stephen Sparrow and Phillip Carson . They brought five bass to the scale that weighted in at 18.03 pounds. Second place went to the team of Matt Garver and Campbell Whisenant with 17.88 pounds and had the big fish of the night which was 6.30 pounds.
We had 42 boats turn out to fish on a cool clear night. The water of Lake Wylie has cleared up substantially with a few of the creek still stained. Nobody is talking about their strategies but I did notice a lot of boats fishing off shore.
